GMACK Technical Services (GTS) has over 20 years of experience in developing, implementing, and sustaining of Integrated Business Management Systems (IBMS). The integration begins with setting the foundation of the IBMS so it can seamlessly grow with the organization’s strategic goals.
It is important for GTS to understand the customer’s current level of performance, and the extent that it aligns with the current business needs and objectives. If performance is not meeting business needs and objectives, then GTS engages process improvement initiatives to raise performance to the needed level.
GTS then begins to implement the IBMS infrastructure to build, follow, sustain, and improve processes over time. GTS does not use canned process description template but has a collection of best practices documentation that are tailorable to meet any organization’s needs.
For each project GTS breaks down the approach into four phases corresponding to the PDCA cycle:
Plan – Identify System Deficiencies and Develop a Plan
Do – Implement Changes and Promote Awareness
Check – Ensure the Changes are implemented effectively
ACT – Act on the appraisal deficiencies
GTS has implemented effective process improvement initiatives over the past 4 years for more than 15 organizations.
